French Ascending?

I did not do as much much studying as usual today. I did, however, speak a lot of French, at Brandt’s cast party for his Russian play. I spoke to Irina, the playwright’s wife, in a teeny tiny bit of Russian plus a lot of French. My French was bad, but I understood her far better this time. Maybe that one Pimsleur French lesson the other day helped, or maybe all this language study is simply awakening that part of my brain.

I am getting physically exhausted because, besides my VocabuLearn runs, I am also doing multi-hour Pimsleur walks in Central Park. It’s wearing me out. Somehow I was thinking I could just walk around all day doing Pimsleur without getting tired.
