Verbs, Verbs, Verbs
Fun with my new verb books.
Today I did some work in my new verb-focused grammar books.
The beginning of each of the books is a little too easy for me at this point, but I am racing through them, and I think the reinforcement is valuable. I am pretty good with -are verbs, but I really need practice with some of the -ere and -ire verbs.
Those are, by the way, referred to as second and third conjugations, respectively, but I don’t like that terminology. It sounds so technical to describe a verb category with a number when there are letters sitting right there that one could use instead.
In Spanish classes my recollection is that we always referred to –ar, -er, and –ir verbs.
