German Verb Drills by Astrid Henschel claims to be “perfect for beginning and intermediate learners.” I would say you should be at least an advanced beginner, though.

We are talking German verbs, after all!

Even a relatively advanced student whose verb forms sometimes slither sneakily away might benefit from German Verb Drills. I personally needed a review on separable prefixes, passive voice, subjunctive, and conditional—and got all of those from this book.

What??? A BA in German from Harvard, and you’re finding use of this book? (Have you applied for a refund from your Alma Mater? Ha!—Although, think of all the Pimsleur that would buy…) Just Kidding… Use it or lose it, huh? Keep up the great (read: INSPIRING) work!

Hmm, you are right, though—that WOULD buy a lot of Pimsleur…
