The Irish Repertory Theatre

Irish, Museums/Cultural, Organizations, Theater

May 3, 2013

The Irish Repertory Theatre, founded by Ciarán O’Reilly and Charlotte Moore, has a 25-year history in New York City.

It seeks to acquaint American audiences with classic and contemporary Irish and Irish-American plays, and to to nurture new works focusing on the Irish experience.

Going there won’t teach you Irish, but cultural background is important to language learning. Plus they put on good shows!
